Noam Krantz is Vice President, Venture Investments at Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JJDC, Inc. (“JJDC”) and has been part of Johnson & Johnson since 2009. He brings nearly 20 years of experience and leadership in business development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, strategy, management, and investing in healthcare and technology. His involvement in over $70 billion worth of completed and closed deals reflects his broad skill set and flexibility spanning a range of industries, from healthcare to technology to communications. Noam combines the creativity necessary to seed early-stage innovation with the technical expertise to execute complex, transformational mergers, acquisitions and strategic transactions.
Having joined JJDC in 2020, he is currently focused on building a portfolio of best-in-class medical technology investments aligned with the strategic objectives of the Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices sector.
Noam earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of California Santa Barbara and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School. He began his career in investment banking, specializing in technology and healthcare companies. He has held various business development roles at Inamed Corporation, Mentor Corporation and Johnson & Johnson.
